I find it hard to think of another occasion when I have been quite so moved as when I first went to Mangalore. In business we get so wrapped up in the pursuit of success that we can lose sight of the far more fundamental struggle which is the reality for so many around the world; that of survival. What really hit home for me was the fact that these kids could laugh and smile in the face of such desperately sad circumstances. We could all learn a lot from that.
